Exchanges Policy

We love the products we have made, and we think you will too. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within seven days of receiving your item for an exchange. Products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Exchange Process

To start your exchange, you can contact us at [your contact information here]. For damage/quality issues, please provide your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in. In case of size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size, and the new size requirement. Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days.

In case of quality issue/defect

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase. We will organize a reverse pick up, at no additional charges, from the address stated in your invoice. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines. In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product. Our credit notes can be used on our website and in stores.

In case of size exchange of garments

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase. Please send the product back to us at the below address, carefully packaged. The customer bears all costs associated with the return of the product, in this case.
